If you have any complaints about the service provided to you by Allcover Insurance Brokers or one of our representatives, you should contact our office immediately.  You are welcome to either place your complaint in writing to:-

We value our clients and appreciate your feedback.  Accordingly we will endeavour to address your complaint within 24-48 hours.
